Southwest Monsoon for several years have been causing a lot of trouble and devastation the Philippine nation because of flash floods and strong winds. Last Sunday the forces of nature brought by the combine winds of the tropical Storm Maring and of the Southwest Monsoon has paralyzed the country once more. The town of San Pedro is one of the first towns who declared state of calamity. The forces of nature has caused several roads impassable even by big trucks.
